RA Training Comes to an End

Wow, its Thursday night already and freshmen move onto campus on Saturday. I'm a Resident Assistant, so I've been at Siena since last thursday for RA training. The campus has been so empty because nobody has moved in except for the RAs and a few athletes. I'm really excited for the freshmen to move in. It is always fun getting to know some of the new faces. I'm also excited for my friends to move in on Monday. Granted, that means classes start Tuesday, but I think I'm ready to start classes. I'm actually pretty excited about some of the courses I'm taking. I'll fill you in on those once classes start.

But until then, I hope all of you at home are enjoying the last few days of summer!

Nice to Meet You!

Hey everyone! My name is Indira and I am a junior at Siena. I am in the AMC program majoring in Biology with a minor in Spanish. This year I am an RA in the suites of Hennepin Hall which I am looking forward to. I am also an Ambassador, which means I give weekly tours to prospective students and a member of Siena’s Asian Students Association. This year I will also be taking on the position of vice president of the club Read for the Stars which is a new club my friend started. We promote literacy and education within the inner city elementary schools. I’m really looking forward to this upcoming year and I can’t wait to share all my experiences with you!
